Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or expired
  2. The product delivered is incorrect
  3. The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging (for non-perishable items)

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  1. Perishable food items
  2. Fruits and vegetables
  3. Frozen products
  4. Opened/used items
  5. Personal hygiene products

3. Return Window

Returns must be requested within same of delivery, depending on the product category.


4. Damaged/Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or missing, you must report it on the same day of delivery with photos/video proof.
