Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before it is:

Packed
Shipped
Out for delivery

Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Automatic Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by Etawah Kart due to:

Product unavailability
Payment issues
Invalid address
Policy violations

Refunds will be initiated for prepaid orders as applicable.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For prepaid cancellations:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
May take 2–7 business days to reflect.
